Used these in my rental on top of the existing square tile that has a poor paint job on it that makes it impossible to keep clean, picture shows the product mid-install, it was simple to put up and looks fairly convincing. Honestly would be very difficult to tell the difference until up close if it weren't for the uneven tiles in my rental, still leaps and bounds better and my partner loves the colour it adds!. Great product for the price excellent value they affixed to the wall perfectly looks great when up easy to work with cutting was simple but sometimes fiddily if small pieces needed cut out cutting around sockets you need to glue or seal the tile as you are cutting into the soft part you can use right angle edging to seal or sealant. If using sealant do that on a flat surface not when attached to the wall it’s way to awkward as I found out after the fact all in all these are great for their intended use easy to install and simple To change if needed always buy extra just incase.
