Looks nice and seems to be sturdy. Had some difficulty in fitting mainly due to a manufacturing fault with the ceramic bowl which had one of its holes obstructed. This had to be filed away, Also had to snip of little plastic ears on the plastic plug so that it sat down fully on the toilet top. Otherwise, very pleased with my purchase.. Anonymous. Thermoplastic is a strong, hardwearing plastic with a smooth looking appearance. All of our Thermoplastic seats have a quick one button release hinge. This makes them easily removable to allow thorough cleaning. The seats have secure hold rubber based hinges. Together with the tight grip plastic locking plugs, these prevent the seat from moving once fitted. The hinges are 360 degrees adjustable and have both top and bottom fixings allowing the seat to fit most types of toilet pans.

I love the seat however the seat was slightly damaged, the black paint had chipped off revealing white, however I didnt open the box for a few of weeks so Im not sure if it was damaged when it arrived, it fell whilst propped up in my bathroom a few times so it may of happened then.
