Stanhope Bath Front Panel

shocked by the whole process, I was sent a different but similar product (different manufacture) so I contacted customer service to ask why, customer service automated reply said I would get a reply within 24 hours - I am still waiting more than 20 days later. The product I ordered was described as wood being the primary material, the product I recieved so primarley MDF covered in a plastic wood effect covering, something I did not want for a Bath panel . Wayfair have failed to provide what I ordered and paid for and Wayfair's Customer Service/Support have failed to respond to my concerns, this has been my first experience with Wayfair and is likely to be my last

Only 3 stars because it is not made very clear that it's not 1 panel but 2 which you have to fix together. When you know this and you look very, very closely on the picture you can see it has sort of a plinth.

Absolutely first class bath panel, completely solid. Quality is brilliant & the finish so classy. Definitely worth a little extra for this kind of quality
