As the shower tray was damaged on arrival I had to run out and buy a replacement as my fitters needed a replacement ASAP. The replacement had a different waste so this had to be replaced as well so this one is now redundant and as you will not accept that back I doubt you’ll take this back. Disgusting customer service.
