Bought this after having a 40 year old back boiler removed from the chimney and the old hideous gas fire dumped. Really pleased with how it looks and performs. Only used it on the lower setting but still gets warm enough to heat a large living room and the thermostat cuts in and out to keep the room a nice constant temperature. It's a little noisy if you're sitting right next to it but overall really pleased with it AND we got it in the sale.
