Delivery was on time, and it was easy to put together. The flame detail looks great and there's also a dial to choose how bright the fire affect can be. The style looks lovely, I love how the little door opens. The heater is good, not too loud compared to others. Very pleased!

Just what we needed! Lovely, realistic fire glow (can just have this on) with the addition of the heat too (when wanted!) which makes the whole room feel cozy! The heat setting is a little noisy but other than that this is perfect!
