Customers found the product functional and a good fit for their draining boards. However, many reported issues with poor quality, durability, and sturdiness, citing rusting, bending, and flimsy construction. The product's low weight and susceptibility to marking worktops were also significant concerns.

Disappointed. The drainer was not the cheapest on the market so was hoping for a better quality and heavier weight. If my old drainer was still usable I would send this one back. Would not recommend.

Very poor quality. Started rusting and marking worktop after a couple of days. Had to bin it.
