Absolutely love this fire. The heat is amazing and it looks so real and warm. The dog thinks it’s great too!

This would of been perfect, but for some stupid reason the heat blows upwards from the top, I stupidly had it underneath my tv and it has melted the bottom of my tv really bad . Gutted as it’s a new tv. So the direction of the heat blows upwards so you basically don’t feel anything. Very disappointing, I would of sent it back but it was too heavy to try take to a post office

Looks lovely , nice and quiet , flames r so cosy , its smaller than I though but nice and compact size .
