Great looking fire and delivered on time

Looks great sitting under my tv, easy to install high quality finish, couldnt ask for more for the price.

Fire suite looks good, easy to follow instructions and installation, so good choice. Communication was poor and wasn’t told the item was put on back order. Not despatched until ‘delivered by’ date and attempts at communication with Wayfair were a complete waste of time.

Arrived slightly damaged, but solution was accepted and decided to keep it. Front view looks fine if you go with looks, but not great materials in construction and instructions could be better, however visually pleasant to look at.

This is a great fire. Perfect size for my lounge and kicks out a lot of heat. Delivery was really quick. There way very slight damage to the item on arrival but wayfair sorted this out very quickly.
