Nice fire but it had been shoved into an old used box which was damaged and hanging open. A few pads had been placed around the fire - it wasn’t wrappedno protection on its corners. Absolutely shocking that any company would send one of its products out in this state. Unsurprisingly the fire is badly damaged. Made a complaint to Wayfair yesterday 17.1. 22..still waiting for an acknowledgment. A waste of £340…

Great build quality and simple to use. The log burner effect is very realistic and the remote control is a great bonus.

I absolutely love this fireplace. Great finish, good quality and a great addition to our living room, especially during long, cosy winter evenings.

Great product. Looks the part! Heater works a treat on those cold mornings. Once I put the false pot logs and timber shavings inside the fire I was pleasantly surprised how well it looks. Would recommend
