Loved my fire which worked perfectly for 4years. Then, it broke down and I couldn't find anyone to repair what I was told was 'the advanced tech'.HOWEVER, I LOVE it so much that I've taken the punt - and the 5 year insurance - on getting the same model again.

Had this almost 6 months now. Beautiful fireplace. In great condition when arrived. Looks more expensive than it is and heats up the lounge in just a few minutes, not too noisy. Dogs love curling up in front of it in the winter!

The fireplace looks amazing - I would have scored this 5 but we had a small chip in the corner when it arrived, we did however tell Wayfair straight away and they quickly rectified it.

This fireplace suite is stunning. Flame effect looks very life like, had lots of compliments!

Beautiful centre piece to the room, I've had loads of positive comments about it. All in one pre-built unit, plug and play!
