Appalling and after 10 months remote control stopped working and now the heat on the fire will not work in the winter , still waiting 4 wayfair to respond as originally said cannot provide new control as dont supply parts , shocking service for the sake of a remote control to get it working again

Lovely fireplace. However delivery company were not very good and tossed it about when dropping it off and it was damaged therefore had to return. Great customer service from Wayfair!

Excellent product and simple to install. Instructions for installation are not clear in identifying that versions of this product can be different and not all features are fitted to all models despite giving you instructions to complete the fitting of something that does not exist prior to installation.
