Just been delivered. Could not wait to use it . Although got to have a socket put in at the back . I couldn't wait. Brilliant flame effect . And heat settings . Love it. And the delivery drivers were fantastic. Kept informed of times and delays. Polite Took shoes off before entering my home. Took out of the box and also took away empty packaging . Full marks .

Good delivery service. Fully assembled. Looks and works really well.

Nice fire looks really nice and cosy when lit up however there was quite a lot of damage to it when it arrived which detracts from the look a bit. I only use it as a feature fire I don’t use it as a heater so cannot comment on that aspect of it.
