For those properties without central heating, here we have a pre-filled electric towel rail which comes complete with a 300-watt thermostatic type electric heating element, blanking plugs and it is pre-filled with a deionised water-based solution containing a mix of central heating preservatives and inhibitors. No other parts are required to install and run this towel rail as electric only. Simply remove one of the blanking plugs from the bottom of the towel radiator (opposite side of the bleed valve.
