Why Why did you dump this item on me All I wanted was a white tv stand with a fire place. Found a white one on sales, good price and all, I was over the moon. Item was delivered 2 of the same item, how Immediately contacted customer service, 4 days no response,tried calling got a lovely lady who helped and said we will check warehouse and send see if we have the correct item in store 2 days later nothing. Finally got another customer service via txt, oh we will offer you a full refund and you can disposed the item. Ok wait a minutes how on earth did you comfortably send me the wrong item In The first place Crazy me I have open and built the first box …lol wait all my time and effort for what Oh why on earth does the part don’t fit Door to small OMG what a dump!
My living room has 2 large boxes of absolutely rubbish. But why, you know you don’t have the item why did you not inform me Then I could have change my mind and got something else. Wow now I have to deal with it disposal. What a waste of my time and energy.
