Dear Customer Services, I am writing to complain about a bathroom cabinet I recently purchased from Wayfair. I carefully followed all of the supplied installation instructions and only discovered after mounting the cabinet onto the wall that the doors will not close properly because the hinges are recessed incorrectly. This issue was not identified in the instructions and could not reasonably have been discovered until the cabinet was fully installed. As you can appreciate, bathroom cabinets are not simple items to repeatedly remove and refit once mounted, particularly after drilling and fixing to tiled or finished walls. I purchased this product expecting it to function correctly when assembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I would therefore like this matter resolved promptly. I request either: * a replacement cabinet with correctly fitting hinges/doors, * replacement parts that resolve the issue, * or an appropriate refund/compensation given the inconvenience and installation work involved. I would appreciate your response as soon as possible with details of how you intend to resolve this issue.

Excellent quality, even the MDF side panels look modern. Really easy to build, comes with a fitted / moulded UK mains plug (I am in UK). I had to slice off/remove plug and connect directly to fit FLAT to the wall with connectors. Top tip, hang the back panel first, mark holes and drill (see photo), a lot easier then building cabinet and marking out holes on wall. light is bright and changes to different colours are easy to change. Shaver socket also charges electric tooth brush. Bought two more after a month.
