Really disappointing as heat output was near to nil and we had two on the table. They look nice but have since had to order another heat source.

It looks pretty and gives off a little bit of heat, but the flame is smaller than I expected - more like a single Bunsen burner flame, whereas I expected it to fill the whole base. We wanted it as an alternative to a real wood fire pit, for the times when you don't have time to start a real fire but just want a little bit of warmth while you're sat outside. I'm not sure if it will do that, but sometimes just looking at a flame is enough to make you feel a bit warmer and it will certainly look pretty in the garden.

Bought as a birthday gift. All good so far but some lack of clarity regarding gas.
