Absolutely beautiful stove, fast delivery and was able to track. Fantastic website, will definitely use again.

The fire is great value for money. Makes a small room very cozy indeed. The heater is good it takes a while to warm up.

I’m disappointed in the quality of this, looks lovely but it’s cheaply made, plastic feet, mdf top and sides painted white, definitely not worth the money, 4*for the flame affect.

We bought this fire works well but when one of the bulbs stopped working it was very difficult to get the bulb out as instructions were no better than useless and the manufacturer was the same. Eventually did get the bulbs out only to fined they had some kind of mastic holding the in. Wayfair did try to help but manufacturer gave same the same answer to them as they did me look at the instructions that just stated change the bulb. After investigating I did send all the details of what bulbs were needed to Klarstein but with no response.
