Lovely item makes the kitchen look great looks very expensive

Badly made. Awful job to construct. Parts cross threaded. Brochure only gives width, no length. Phone call to Wayfair who try phoning manufacturer (twice). To no avail. Wayfair then said it looks like 320mm so that was fine but when it came it was 430mm and 520mm o/a including clip on bits at ends. Too big. Would not even think of purchasing for anyone. Too much hassle to return will probably give away.
