I needed a white wooden slat design to match my other bathroom furniture, like the under sink cupboard, the toilet brush holder cupboard and the cabinet are all matching, the price was good for this item considering its solid wood with chrome fixings. Very good quality.

Easy to fit slow close great at night and if you have kids

Ok, but far from great. No problem with service from Wayfair or couriers - item dispatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the seat shows signs of paint wear (on lid edge) straight out of the box, and neither the seat or lid are correctly aligned (poor assembly process by looks of it), meaning everything sits slightly askew. It's not enough to justify hassle of returning, and the review takes into consideration comparatively low price of item. If you're not looking for perfection, then item is fine; easy to install and does the job it's designed for.

I saw bad reviews but hoped it would arrive undamaged, unfortunately as soon as I opened it looked like this. As it is faulty I will be returning and not re ordering, what a shame. Should really be removed and not sold anymore as not fit for purpose.

Do not buy!!!! We have 3 of them for each bathroom, and 2 of them have done this!! Currently filing a complaint to Wayfair regarding this
