Really easy to fit just use the tool provided to take the old one off and put the new one on don’t try and use a spanner

This is the second toilet seat i have ordered and again like the one i ordered in April 8023. The fittings are broken. It has been tried to be fixed but to no avail....so what now? Another seat that will be shopped else where? I suggest speaking to these companies that heavy duty fitting are supplied. Can i now chance my luck and get new toilet seat free of charge? OH and the cat tower i purchased a few years ago has had its day my 6 cats have destroyed it, they make laugh! Kind regards Jacqui Mcintyre
