Jermaine Splash Toilet Seat

The picture on the top of the toilet lid was very nice, the rest of it was just plain blue which made it look a little unfinished. If this had been the only issue I would have kept it, but unfortunately it wasn't. There were very visible scuff marks on the underside of the lid, and the top of seat. On the side of of the lid, the design was coming away and quite sharp, it is like a wrap around the wooden core. Very disappointing. Trying to convince someone in customer services to allow me to return it was quite a business too! It has now gone back and am awaiting a refund, but I think I am still being charged for the original delivery despite the fact that it was faulty.
