Mounting / Installation: No Mounting / Installation Required
What are Clearance Requirements?: The clearance requirement refers to the space that is required above, behind, and around the fireplace insert to protect its surroundings from the heat produced by the fireplace. While some electric inserts require no clearance– meaning the heat is self-contained, the unit is well insulated, and it can be placed almost directly next to the wall– it is typical for them to require up to 1-2 inches of clearance space.

This fire and surround certainly matches my decor in my lounge. Easy to put together and looks good too. Heats up pretty quick. 10/10 all round.
