Absolutely terrible do not buy, I wouldn’t even call this a door so cheap and flimsy ours arrived damaged without any handle or screws not sure what I am to do with a big slab of cheap mdf. Not to mention delivery day was changed twice then the day it eventually arrived it didn’t come on the time slot provided and was left in my garden. Luckily getting a refund however Wayfair have told me to dispose of the product which Is very inconvenient. AVOID!!!

Door came with a chip on the side no instructions. I called Customer Service was dealt with very professionally. Our resolution was resolved and instructions should be on this way apart from that the door is okay I guess a little bit on the thin side but I’m okay with that as the room isn’t that big

Door arrived damaged on all 4 corners, the plastic corner protectors were damaged. Wayfair issued a refund however strangely suggested I dispose of the door myself! Massive door that would not fit in my car. Waiting for confirmation they will collect it. Poor quality door, not worth the money

The customer service was very good and quickly solved the problem of logistics not delivering goods for a long time. although the instructions were not clear, the installation was successfully completed. i thought about returning it a few times but it was done. all satisfied except product quality, logistics distribution and other issues. thanks
