Scandinavian Blinds & Shades

For a contemporary alternative to curtains, this blackout pleated blind keeps out the sun in the mornings and allows you greater control throughout the day. The blind can be opened from both top and bottom depending upon the progress of light through the day, and it has a clamp fix system that attaches directly to a window without drilling any holes in the wall or ceiling. It is room darkening with a draw cord and is made from 100% polyester.

Luckily the set up was straight forward (instructions were in German, but had pictures). I have used the blind on the opening window on a door. The clamps that hold it onto the frame stick out more than I expected and one in particular is close to the door handle and scratches my hand when I lift the handle. The operation of the blind is easy and it covers the window well- blocking out the light and reducing the cold feel from the glass. Overall really happy with my purchase .. Sarah. Frodsham, GB. This roll-up blind from the Gardinia is not only decorative but also innovative. The stylish roller shade features an extra small shaft (18mm diameter), which means you can let daylight in when you want and also have some privacy. The woven fabric has alternating transparent and opaque panels, allowing you to control the amount of light that enters the room. You can determine the level of light using the chain on the right or left-hand side. The roll-up blind is easily mounted to the window sash without screws or drilling. Adhesive strips and clamps are included for installation. The shade can be removed without leaving any residue behind and is thus an optimal window shade solution, particularly if you are renting a home.

Sehr schöne Rollos in guter Qualität. Das einzige, was ich "bemängeln" könnte, wäre, dass die Montageanleitung mit nur 4 Bildern nicht gut ist. Für Menschen, wie mich, die noch nicht viel Erfahrung mit soetwas haben, recht schwierig.. Dagmar. Aldenhoven, DE. Sun Mar 22 2020

This translucent decorative roll-up blind made of printed fabric that allows light to pass through while preserving the privacy of your home.

Too much sunlight, however, can ruin the vibe. You can fix this roller blind directly to the window frame using the tried and tested Klemmfix mounting, with no need for drilling. Neither the frame nor the wall will be damaged by drill holes. You'll be able to install it easily in just a few minutes. The pull chain for adjusting the height can be mounted either on the left or right, just as you choose. The fixings on this model come to 17mm. Select the size you need and the right mounting options for you. Clamp-, ceiling- and wall-mounting are all possible. The roller blind can be adjusted to any height and is child-safe. It is made of 100% polyester translucent fabric, and the side pull can be mounted on the right or left as preferred. The opaque, anti-glare material offers protection from the sun. The contents include a side pull roller blind, pull cord, and adjustable clamp brackets at 17mm, together with installation instructions. This product is wipeable and UV- and moisture-resistant as well as lightfast! When ordering, please note that the fabric is about 4cm narrower than the quoted order width. The total width is 60cm including the brackets.

Perfect match for my new kitchen. Ability to ‘view in room’ helped me decide. Only negative, hanging fixtures had small slits, rather than screw holes (and no screws provided) so meant I fixed with 3m scotch tape instead. My windows are very slightly different sizes, but not enough to justify custom blinds and ability to hang from ceiling enabled me to just make a minor adjustment to hang correctly and they look great..
