I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I've been treated by this company. I ordered this mirror, and when it came I realised it was more like a garden mirror than an indoor mirror. I then asked to return it and was offered a cheaper price to keep it. I declined the offer and got the shipping label and the mirror would be picked up. I waited in all day for them to pick it up and they never turned up. I got onto customer services (although you can't actually speak with a person, it's just text and whats app messages). I was apologised to and was told it would be picked up on a different day. Again I waited in all day and nobody turned up. I tried to message them again but they ignored my messages and I never got a reply. After trying to arrange another return myself I was told on my account page that I couldn't return it as it was an open box. This was never mentioned when I ordered it and why did they not say this originally, rather than asking me if I wanted to keep it a cheaper price. I'm still trying to get into contact with them, but again being ignored. On my account it is now saying I am returning it and they are charging me of £70 postage and are refunding me just over £1.
