The holes to fit the shelf in different positions where not visible in the picture. I'm not happy with them being visible. It looks like bad finish and bad quality. I'm not satisfied with the product.

As pretty as this unit is, it is absolutely abhorrent quality. We were missing nails and the screws that came with the set were immediately chewed up by the screwdriver. There are additional holes on the internal panel (middle shelf) which is not pictured online. The hinges do not align correctly, leaving gaps and proving to snag when opened. The paperwork we received is not in English and does not belong to the product ordered; for over £100, we are disappointed and disgusted.
