Great cupboard with loads of space. We’ve had this a couple years now and really like it!

I put together the cabinet the day it arrived. When I got down to the final part of fitting the doors there were only the two larger ones and the middle one was missing. The fixings for the door were in the parcel just no middle door. Immediately went to ring Wayfair, this is the first problem no contact number. Tried to go on the messaging function no one joined the chat at all. Had to resort to the fill the form in for someone to contact me. No one did just generic emails to say the replacement part has been ordered. Nothing arrived even though more emails to say it’s on its way. Contacted Wayfair yet again to say where is the door for my cabinet after waiting nearly a month for nothing to turn up. A second replacement door was ordered for this and arrived a nearly a month and a half after my original purchase. Finally I thought my cabinet would be completed. Put the door on to my cabinet to find not only is it slightly bigger, it’s the wrong colour and completely different shade of white. I have used wayfair before and had no issues but after this I will never be shopping with them again.

Package was really poor and as a result it has arrived damaged. In addition to the damaged part (back panel) some shelfs and other parts had chips and scratches. Return it was not option because it is not in a proper box so unable to re-pack it without wasting time finding boxes etc... Costumer service responded quickly but solution found was in my view not appropriate... small discount to keep the damaged item or resolve the package issue to return it...

It's perfect to the place and looks good in my bath room too .It has enough space to put towel and some toiletries. Delivers on time ! The delivery man was so respectful I never regret purchasing goods from wayfair always my choice and recommended too.

Great quality product, fits really well and looks great. Delivery was quicker than expected, only took 2 days from date order was placed!! Fantastic!
