Customers praise the item's stylish, industrial design and appreciate its functionality for organising mail and paperwork. Many find it larger than expected, which is generally positive. However, some note that the slots are shallower than anticipated, limiting storage capacity for larger items. The colour and overall appearance are generally well-received, though some discrepancies between online images and the actual product were reported.

Love it! Perfect addition to our command center- really neat piece. Make sure when putting up on your wall you screw it into the studs. This piece is very heavy and with putting papers and etc on it, use of doing it, it will start to rip off the wall. Wish the actual slots were biggerdeeper.

Lots of spaces for organizing files and mail. Nice size, that spans the width of my" work from home"desk. A great purchase!
