When you remove the bag, please give the pillow 2-3 days to recover. Meanwhile, we suggest you knead and pat the pillow to accelerate the recovery process. You can even open the zipper on the lining and then fluff the polyester fibre fill inside and make the pillow more puffy and comfortable.
• Warm tips: The pillow may take up the length of the mattress by 25.4 cm and has to go against the wall/backboard as a "standing" headboard
• The buttonholes (not fabric tears/defects) are specifically designed on the pillow cover to fasten each button fixed on the white lining. If you see the lining through a buttonhole, please pull the button back to the middle of the buttonhole until the lining is not seen.
• The bottom is not 100% flat and may also take up the length of the mattress. The pillow needs to go against the wall/back frame as a "standing" headboard.
