Customers praise the product's sturdy construction and good value for money. However, some experienced issues with colour matching, unclear assembly instructions, and less-than-perfect comfort and material quality. The appearance is generally well-received.

Mirror arrived quickly, just disappointed with brightness of lights. The lights are more for decoration than practicality.
