The fitments are awful they don't fit properly after several attempts by 3 people we decided they are faulty. I've also got a very scratched sore hand from it.

Unfortunately, I received this item WITHOUT the plastic connectors = D x8! This item was purchased a long time ago, however, was unused and in its packaging until required. Sadly, it is not fit for purpose. I would appreciate the fittings being forwarded at your earliest convenience, please? Thanks in advance, Ashleen
