Super soft, but it’s not a bolstered inner pillow. It’s loose pillow stuffing, that’s a bummer.

I bought everything from the Wayfair…My sofa and sofa cover are very nice.Was very happy with the delivery and the quality. Now I got this pillow…The zipper is NOT WORKING!!! How do you expect me to use it I am so disappointed. CAN I EXCHANGE IT
