Beautiful clock. Match to our kitchen

This is very disappointing. Ordered this clock with so much excitement only to realise it is not silent and non-ticking as advertised. The second hand ticking on this is quite loud and annoying. Very disappointed that after throwing away the packaging initially I can't even go through the hassle of returning it now.

Lovely. First one delivered was smashed to smithereens but WF replaced it tout suite and I loves it! But not anymore, a year later it has broken, no longer working. And I can't find a way to ask Wayfair to replace it. One year is not good!
