Multiple (3 of 4) broken frames required multiple calls and ultimately a return of all products. I ordered the 30 x 45 size and the frame was only secured to the backing on 2 sides allowing the remaining 2 sides to pull away in transit resulting in the joint of the frame being broken on arrival in 3 of the 4 prints sent to us. It is too bad because the print is exactly what we needed. The frame is just very poorly designed and is made of some type of composite material, definitely not wood. Customer service was extremely helpful and sent replacements and then quickly processed a full return when the second set came with a broken frame as well. Perhaps the smaller sizes come in better frames, but I would not order the large print sizes in these.
