Please make it clear that these poles come complete with curtain rings. Your web site told me they were an extra so purchased some which I later returned unopen and to be fair your company acknowledge this genuine error and arranged a free of charge collection which has taken place this week, so I am now awaiting a refund . Things do go wrong, therefore my 5 star rating is based upon given the excellent service so far received in correcting this mistake. That to me is a true measure of a company which cares.

These curtain rings are very small so not ideal for a big pole but otherwise lovely
