This is my first order with Wayfair. The smaller item arrived promptly and was satisfactory, the over the door coat hanger. The larger item was a tall bathroom cabinet which is far from satisfactory. From delivery to assembly, the service and product has been terrible! Firstly, I waited over a week for the item to be delivered, then DHL the delivery company notified me of the delivery date, 2nd April. I waited in at the allotted time and they did not deliver! Instead I received an email to say they attempted delivery but were successful and that they would deliver again on the 7th of April, adding another five days of waiting! So I contacted them to complain which was difficult because I was unable to speak to a real person, so I texted my dissatisfaction via an automated answering system on WhatsApp, which was the only way I could contact them. The next day I received an email to say they would deliver that same day between 14.10 and 15.10. I returned home at 13.30 to find 2 heavy packages propped up against the wall by my front door!! I am 66 and have disabilities and was left to drag these items into the house alone and as a result the 2 side panels were damaged, but I did not realise this until my son had made significant headway with assembly. Then upon completion I was disappointed to find that the top two doors do not meet in the centre. There is a slight gap through which you can see inside the cabinet. Furthermore, the linen basket at the bottom, this does not sit straight due to the hinge and therefore is out of alignment with the rest of the cabinet. I do not recommend this item and will be looking to get a refund.

Very cheap looking, looks like an old council house unit

Love it, so much so that I want to buy another to match it. But it needs to be not as tall. Hope you do one the same white and the same gloss? Please let me know.

Very disappointed with this cupboard. It's difficult to put together and not a good buy. The doors at the bottom don't fit well. Did not use the wire basket which was too difficult to understand how to fit.

Quality is pretty ordinary for the price. In particular the handles are awful cheap tat that had already lost some of their nasty finish before I even opened the sealed packet. I chose to buy four replacement chrome handles (all in, £9) elsewhere, which look and feel a lot better.
