Perfect clock for my music room. Dial is easy to see, and so far it keeps perfect time.

I bought this for my Grandmas birthday and shes only had it since 31st July and 2 weeks later, it all of a sudden stopped working. I put in a replacement battery and it still wouldnt work. I attempted to request a replacement but all Wayfair are offering are replacement parts!! I dont know how to fix a clock! I just want a replacement or a refund. Ive been waiting for someone to text me about it as an alternative to going rounds in circles with the virtual assistant. This could possibly be the last time I purchase something from Wayfair because of the difficulty of contacting anyone from customer service. Its very poor.

I love the way it looks. Now, I hope it keeps accurate time. I can't check that because it is a Father's Day gift, so I have to wait until then to see if it keeps good time.

From the front the piece looks great only downside is the plastic on the back of the clock makes it feel a bit cheaper. But looks great from the front
