The item arrived very quickly and safely. It was well packaged. It is just what I wanted as it fits perfectly in with its surroundings. I would like to point out, however, that this is the first item I have purchased from Wayfair and when I went to your site initially a flag came up saying I could get £15 off my first order. So I clicked on this and proceeded to place my order. After I had gone through the checkout I discovered that the £15 had not been deducted. I phoned your help line only to be told that I should have gone to my emails first before placing my order. This was not mentioned at any point and so I was rather cross that I had been misled. I asked that this omission on your website be rectified. I will not be purchasing any further items from Wayfair until this has been sorted. I am, however, pleased that I purchased the clock as I was unable to find anything so just right for my requirements.
