Bought this clock online. Had a query on it as we were looking for a mechanical clock and this was listed as quartz. I rang and spoke to a most helpful assistant who did further checking and verified that it was indeed mechanical. I ordered it on 12th June and it arrived on the 19th. What a terrific service! The clock is now in situ and has lovely chimes!
