Very poor time keeping so disappointed as love the look of the clock

I love the way it works and winding it up is a nice change with the key. It also keeps good time, and it looks nice.

Will be returning the clock as unfortunately it has never kept the right time can you tell me how I go about doing this

Great clock but hard to see the face in half light and so it's not really doing the job we bought it for. But a great piece of engineering and a beautiful object.
