I ordered this two days ago, I have recieved an item that is defective and cracked and cannot be used. can I please get a replacement. I tried to use chat now service, and have been given 4 different agent who all seem to ask all the repetitive question over and over again. this is really frustrating, which made me a give a review here to get your attention, I would like to recieve a replacement of the brush holder base. my order no is 4242289524.
