It took about an hour, it would have taken less time if a piece had not rolled away from me and hid itself for a while. The wood is solid and sturdy. It seems like it will last a long time. I love the color, it goes with pretty much everything else in my bedroom. The depth of the shelves are perfect, I can fit all my towels in it with no problem. The door on the cabinet opens easily, and the handle is intricate but simple. I love the adjustable shelves, they are simple to move up or down. I will definitely be using this cabinet for years to come.
