Dween 10m x 52.8cm Matte Wallpaper Roll

For transparency, the 1‑star review is not regarding the wallpaper. However, this is the only place I can share my experience with potential buyers. I’ve recently had an issue with Wayfair that has left me at a financial loss due to incorrect advice from several customer service agents. Despite following the instructions I was repeatedly assured were correct, I was later told the opposite — and Wayfair has refused to honour the refund I was advised I would receive. While I’m sure they will respond by suggesting it was my mistake, that does not discount the number of times I was misinformed and misled throughout the process. No customer should be left worse off after relying on guidance from a company of this size. So if you choose to buy from here, I genuinely hope you don’t run into any problems, because the aftercare I received has been extremely disappointing.
