Ceramic / Porcelain Tumbler

I ordered 2 of these one for our bathroom & the other for the en suite. Unfortunately one of them is cracked & has to go back. A replacement is on its way, I’m not sure if I have to send the damaged back, they do have a photo. Am hoping I can just dispose of it
