Einfach nur schön. Haben einen 2 ten Anlauf gebraucht, bedauerlicherweise kam der erste Spiegel zerbrochen an, lag aber definitiv an der Lieferung der beauftragten Spedition. Nachdem wir mit dem Kundenservice von WayFair telefoniert haben, wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen und ein neuer Spiegel innerhalb von 3 Tagen zugeschickt, den alten haben wir einfach entsorgen können. Die Spedition meldet die Lieferung immer telefonisch an und man kann einen geeigneten Lieferzeitpunkt festlegen. Allein der Kundenservice von WayFair hat schon 5 Sterne verdient, für diesen unkomplizierten, freundlichen und effizienten Service.
