Ahnylah Eyelet Blackout Thermal Curtains (Set of 2)

Review is not the curtains but the Customer Service? return rules I encountered with Way NOT Fair. Did not press order but order confirmed. Order arrived and wrong size sent anyway and money taken. The most obstructive, unhelpful and unreasonable rules regarding returns, when contacting Customer Service, I have ever encountered. I was willing to pay the difference for the correct size of curtains, at the price advertised on date of purchase (Monday 27th) but Customer Service would not agree. I cannot understand why a company would rather lose the whole sale and have goods returned, than agree to a totally reasonable request. To add insult to injury Charged £14 to return the goods! My opinion, is Way NOT Fair and I am Way NOT Happy.

Worth every penny! Very good quality, completely blackout, and with an impeccable finish.

good quality but the system somehow messes up the sizes, you look at the product, select the size, at checkout you have a completly different size if you are not carefull
