60x90CM Wall Mirror Venetian Flat Accent Mirror

Well where do I begin First one arrived smashed to smithereens. WF refuse to collect. Too big to fit in bin, so they offer 50 refund ie £64, for me to drive an hour including my petrol, to recycle it. Second one arrives smashed, too. Wayfair says they’ll refund the remaining £63.99, but then I will just have my money back, no mirror and will still have driven an hour plus petrol to recycle the first one. They refuse to refund the full £127.99 or to pay the original £64 for the recycling trip. They then say they’ve arranged a pick up for the second one (so the first agent lied and said they couldn’t do that) and they can’t refund any more than the total of £127.99. I’ll have to pay to recycle their broken goods. Two days later, I still have smashed mirror sitting on my dining table. WF then say pickup is cancelled, so another lie. I have to recycle it. I refuse and threaten to sue them for breach of contract and that if they don’t collect it, I will screenshot the lies I’ve been told and put it on X and Facebook. WF are now picking it up, but I’m still waiting for a date and time.

Gorgeous Mirror worth the price

I’ve been looking for this style mirror for a very long time and couldn’t find anything similar for a reasonable price until now. This mirror is absolutely gorgeous. It has hooks in the back which allows you to hang it vertically or horizontally. The installation is as easy as hanging a picture frame. Best part is honestly the price.

Very beautiful mirror but arrived slightly cracked and customer service resolved the complaint very quickly
