Yet again my replacement clock has a crack on the face which makes the clock useless. I appreciate you replacing my first clock but what is the point? Perhaps if a piece of cardboard was put on the clock face when it is packed this problem would be solved. Please may I have a refund. I am happy to send both clocks back to you.
