Arrived with mirror cracked, insufficient packaging, and colour not as described , Very disappointed

Smashed to pieces. Appalling packaging and delivery. Replacement never arrived was only delivered to couriers depot. Cancelled order to buy elsewhere but still no refund. Dreadful product and service

Gorgeous mirror. Just as it looked online

The mirror is more pewter than silver, which is suited my needs, but I feel that it should have been described as such. It arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with the quality and look of the item.
